I Am Back

This is scary. This is new. I have never done this... That's all I keep thinking. I love writing, I have been doing it since I was a little girl, but in spanish, not in english. For those of you who don't know me, I was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico and have been in the States for only 6 years. This is home now.
So today I am shaking away my fear, I am breaking the walls in my mind and my heart and I AM BACK.  

I recently did a Photoshoot with my talented friend Anel from Tender Nest Portraits and I just felt ME AGAIN. I had forgotten how good it felt to do what I love and to enjoy it! Thanks again Anel!! You are awesome!

Last year was a very difficult year. I felt lost. Sad. Depressed. I felt defeated. I wasn't me. Months later I am still here, stronger than ever, happier than ever, smiling again, loving life again and willing to be vulnerable and opening my heart again, willing to share what I have learned and this time, in english too, why not.

I pray that you can find in this blog words of encouragement, words of love, words of hope. I pray that you know that you are NOT alone. I pray that you believe that though this is a broken world, your heart can be made new. Always.
