What are the steps to book an appointment?

Booking is simple.

  1. Start by filling out the Get a Quote form. You will receive a response within 12 hours.

  2. Once your quote is received your date is secured by submitting a deposit and signing the contract.

  3. After the deposit is received your appointment is officially confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent along with a calendar invite and a reminder as your date approaches.

If questions come up along the way the team is always happy to help.

Is there a minimum number of services required to book?

Yes. To ensure proper scheduling there is a minimum service requirement. Monday through Thursday bookings require a minimum of two services. Friday through Sunday bookings require a minimum of four services.

I have a large party or group. Can you accommodate us?

Yes, absolutely. A highly trained team of makeup and hair artists works seamlessly together to create a consistent elevated experience. Each artist has been carefully selected and trained to ensure uniform style technique and professionalism.

Groups of up to 20 people can be accommodated.

How long does it take to complete makeup and or hair?

Timing depends on the services booked and the size of your party.

Bridal appointments typically take about one hour per service or two hours total for both makeup and hair.

Special occasion and bridal party services typically take about 45 minutes per service or about one and a half hours total for both makeup and hair.

Once details are confirmed a customized timeline is created so the day feels relaxed and seamless.

Do you travel?

Yes.

The team is available for local national and international travel and all artists are fully bilingual. Travel fees including airfare hotel transportation valet and related expenses are the responsibility of the client.

Destination events can be quoted upon request.

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as your date is confirmed.

Appointments are booked on a first come first served basis and dates often fill up to 12 months in advance. Booking early helps ensure availability.

Can I add more services the day of?

While every effort is made to accommodate changes adding services on the day of can be difficult due to timing and scheduling. For the smoothest experience it is highly recommended to confirm the final headcount when booking.

Can I use extensions for my hairstyle?

Yes. Hair extensions are welcome.

Because styling with extensions typically takes additional time there is a $40 add-on fee for hairstyles that include extensions.

Does my makeup include lashes and how do I remove them?

Yes lashes are included. A variety of styles are available so the look can be tailored to your preference.

Additional lash applications may be added a la carte for $20.

To remove lashes gently wash your face with warm water and softly peel the strip off. This will not damage natural lashes as they are not applied directly to them.

What are the benefits of airbrush makeup and is it right for everyone?

Airbrush makeup offers a flawless yet natural finish while minimizing imperfections without feeling heavy. It is water-based lightweight and designed to last up to 12 hours or more.

It is suitable for all ages and most skin types including sensitive skin. The formula is hypoallergenic and fragrance free.

Will I need to touch up my makeup throughout the day?

Very minimal touch-ups are needed.

Long-wear water-resistant products are used and airbrush makeup is designed to last through long days and special moments. Lipstick touch-ups may be needed but complexion coverage should remain intact.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Because dates are reserved specifically for each client and the schedule fills quickly all deposits are non-refundable.

If an unexpected situation arises please reach out as soon as possible and the team will do its best to guide you.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards Zelle and Venmo are accepted.

A 3.6 percent processing fee applies to credit card payments. Final payments are due two days prior to the event.
